      Some of the buttons on my Loupedeck are not responding when pressed (using MacOS).

      Problem

      If some of the buttons on your Loupedeck console aren’t working as intended, for example, the arrow keys, export, or screen mode commands in Lightroom Classic, here are a few steps that may fix the issue.

      Solution

      1. Open System Preferences
      2. Select Security & Privacy
      3. Select Privacy
      4. Go to Accessibility
      5. Find Loupedeck and check the box and apply

      IMPORTANT! If the box is already checked, uncheck it and check it again.

      Some versions of MacOS require adding Loupedeck in the Automation settings, (System preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Automation). Check that the System Event box is checked under Installer.
