      The dials on my Loupedeck console are not working

      Problem

      If there is no response when rotating the dials on your Loupedeck console in Lightroom, here’s what you can do.

      Solution

      1. Open your Lightroom Classic -> File -> Plug-in Manager and check if you see Loupedeck listed in the left column
      2. If Loupedeck is listed but has a red dot next to the name, please click Reload Plug-in
      3. If the Plugin is missing, please download the whole folder it from this link and install it by unzipping the contents of the .zip file and adding it from -> Lightroom -> File -> Plug-in Manager.
