Exporting Images (Live & CT)
How to work with exporting workspace
Exporting workspace is the last assigned workspace in the Lightroom Classic's default profile (round button 8 for Loupedeck CT - and round button 5 for Loupedeck Live).This workspace contains actions for filtering and selecting images (based on star rating) and opening selected images in an editor or exporting them in various different image types.
Exporting
When you have entered the exporting workspace, filter and select all images and activate the desired exporting function.
Touch Screen
All exporting functions assigned to the touch screen are normal Lightroom Classic export presets which can be created and/or edited within Lightroom Classic. Some presets are provided by Loupedeck.
Bottom row:
- Web 2048: Export images to the original folder (to "Web 2048" subfolder)
- Full Resolution: Export maximum resolution images to the original folder (to "Full Resolution" sub folder)
- DNG: Export images as DNG raw files
- For Email: Open designated email software and add images to a message
Middle row:
- Export dialog: Open exporting dialog for all export adjustments
- Export with previous: Export image with same method as the previous one
- Open in Photoshop: Open selected images in photoshop
- Open in External Editor: Open selected images in designated editor (can be defined in Lightroom Classic's preferences)
Top Row:
- Select All: Select all images which are visible on the film strip
- Deselect Other(s): Leave only active image selected
- Show in Explorer: Show image location in a folder
- Analog Clock: Shows the time (Loupedeck Live) or open analog clock to the wheel (Loupedeck CT)
Wheel (Loupedeck CT only)
Based on the rating system introduced previously, wheel screen has been assigned with the most needed rating filtering.
- Filter: Rating ≥ 3: Show images which have at least three stars
- Filter: Rating ≥ 4: Show images which hage at least four stars
- Filter: Rating ≥ 5: Show images which have five stars ("CV material")
- Select all: Select all filtered images before exporting
