      Setting up Loupedeck Software (macOS)

      macOS installation process and opening Loupedeck setup

      The same Loupedeck software is used for all Loupedeck devices. With Loupedeck + please use the "Classic View" available from the user settings dropdown menu.

      1. Download Loupedeck software
      2. Activate installer

       

      ! Please make sure that the Loupedeck Application has the sufficient permissions to work properly

       

      To manage your Loupedeck console (assign actions and adjustments) launch Loupedeck setup ( ) from

      1. Application folder
        1. Locate and click on “Loupedeck” - this will start the Loupedeck service software; then
      2. Menu Bar
        1. Click on Loupedeck icon at the top menu bar
        2. Select “Open Loupedeck”

      Now you are ready to customize your Loupedeck device!

       

      NOTE! Make sure that Loupedeck Setup app has needed permissions to run!

      1. Go to System Preferences
      2. Click on Security & Privacy
      3. Click on Accessibility
      4. Check the box next to Loupedeck

      If dials do not react and buttons won't work in the target application, the Loupedeck may have revoked permissions. You may need to uncheck and check in step (4) above
