      Where to find currently used Loupedeck software and firmware version?

      This article explains where to find currently used Loupedeck software version and where to check what firmware version is used on Loupedeck CT and Loupedeck Live.

       

      FIRMWARE VERSION (for Loupedeck CT and Live only)

      • Open Loupedeck application
      • Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner
      • Select Device Configuration
      • Note the Firmware version number

       

      SOFTWARE VERSION

      WINDOWS

      • Right-click on the Loupedeck icon in the System tray
      • Select About, or
      • Search for Add or Remove programs in Start search window
      • Locate Loupedeck - you will see Loupedeck app listed with the software version

       

      macOS

      • Click on Loupedeck icon at the top menu bar
      • Check the Version number in the menu
