The Loupedeck Plugin is performing a shutdown task, what can I do?
If an error message is appearing in Lightroom Classic saying your Loupedeck needs access to TCP ports but failed to make a connection, here are a few steps that might fix the issue.
- Open Lightroom folder in Finder / File Explorer
- Look for a file alongside your catalog file that has the same name as the catalog, but a different extension .lock.
- Locate this file and delete it
- Open Lightroom Classic
