When adding Loupedeck as your control surface device on Adobe Audition, you might stumble upon a bug that makes it seem like there are several devices to choose from
This bug is caused by a change in the Adobe's updates on the folder systems and it will be fixed in the next updates. If you cannot find the correct control surface input or can't get any of them to work, follow these instructions.
The plugin for Loupedeck automatically installs itself to the latest version of Adobe Audition on your system.
If you have recently updated Adobe Audition, please reinstall the Loupedeck software to get the Loupedeck plugin in place.
Alternatively, you can manually move the Loupedeck plugin from the 2021 folder to the 2022 folder and restart Adobe Audition.
The correct location for the plugin is (on the Adobe Audition version you want to use)
Win: Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Audition 202X\Support Files\Plug-ins
Mac: Applications\Adobe Audition 202X\Plug-ins
After changing the plugin location, make sure you are working with the correct Audition version.
