Versions 6.0.2 and 6.0.3 of Loupedeck software introduced issues that affected user profiles containing legacy Multi-action or Keyboard Shortcut actions.
As a result actions or icons created in version 5.x of the software were missing for users.. This guide will help you restore your profiles and recover your actions and icons.
Issues Identified:
- Actions disappeared from profiles after updating to version 6.0.2.
- Action icons were missing in profiles after updating to versions 6.0.2 or 6.0.3.
Steps to Restore Profiles:
- Update to Loupedeck 6.0.5.
- Ensure that you have updated your software to version 6.0.5, where the issues of the earlier versions have been fixed.
- Restore your profiles.

- If the profile is available in the Loupedeck Marketplace, install the profile again from the Marketplace.
