Where are Loupedeck profiles stored on computer?

Loupedeck profiles are stored in the following locations on your computer. When you re-install Loupedeck software, you do not lose any customised or newly created custom profiles.

 

WINDOWS

  • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Loupedeck\Applications
    • Loupedeck20: Loupedeck CT profiles created with Loupedeck software 
    • Loupedeck30: Loupedeck Live profiles

  • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Loupedeck\Layouts2
    • (Profiles for Loupedeck CT created with Loupedeck software 3. x)

  • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Loupedeck\Layouts
    • Loupedeck10 files: Loupedeck Original profiles
    • Loupedeck15 files: Loupedeck+ profiles

 

Note that the AppData folder might be hidden. To access it, please click on the View tab in Explorer and check the Hidden items box. 

Tip: Use Windows key + R to open the run command, and paste in the folder location for example %LOCALAPPDATA%\Loupedeck\Layouts\ to get to the folder directly.

macOS

  • Users/<YourUsername>/.local/share/Loupedeck/Application
    • Loupedeck20: Loupedeck CT profiles created with Loupedeck software
    • Loupedeck30: Loupedeck Live profiles

  • Users/<YourUsername>/.local/share/Loupedeck/Application/Layouts2
    • (Profiles for Loupedeck CT created with Loupedeck software 3.x)

  • Users/<YourUsername>/.local/share/Loupedeck/Application/Layouts
    • Loupedeck10 files: Loupedeck Original profiles
    • Loupedeck15 files: Loupedeck+ profiles

 

Please note the .local folder is hidden and you need to press "cmd + shift + dot" to see it.

Tip: To easily access those folders use the Finder > Go > Go to folder, and then paste the desired folder path while changing the <YourUsername> accordingly.
