Loupedeck application is blank and unresponsive.

Problem

If your Loupedeck application is blank, and you cannot view or change the setting of your Loupedeck console, here is what you can do to fix this.

Solution

  1. Click on Loupedeck icon in the top menu bar.
  2. Select Help -> Troubleshooter.
  3. Click on Fix macOS permission issue button.
  4. Additionally, check the Sharing & Permissions section in Loupedeck folder to see that your username has the Read & Write permissions. The Loupedeck folder can be found at Users / yourusername / .local / Share / Loupedeck
