KNOWN ISSUES
UI (Preview)
- Creating Custom Macros is not yet possible (upcoming)
UI (v. 4)
- When control center is open in the device and replaced in the UI, the device mapping is not updated (and Control Center is still assigned to the device.
- Some folders and actions in several plugins are not translated for selected languages (macOS & Windows).
- Wheel: Some actions are visible on the mirrored display, but not on the action-boxes.
General
- Some icons might be missing from several plugins (due to a new icon handling system)
- If two versions of the same supported application is installed, unused version might start automatically when using Loupedeck on the other version
- Keyboard modifier are ignored from custom actions in some custom profiles (e.g. MacOS / Blender)
- In some cases F11 cannot be recorded into custom actions or adjustments.
- Numbers on clock widget jump between one and two lines depending on how wide numbers are displayed
- In some cases Loupedeck+ does not wake up after (OS) sleep mode
- In some cases unable to switch dynamic mode (workaround: restart Loupedeck service)
MacOS Telemetry
For some Mac users, the choice of telemetry consent may not be saved correctly after the Loupedeck Software was restarted.
Workaround:

Ableton Live
- Ableton live 11 update is still in beta production stage and users might experience error messages, but none that should prevent the use.
- If user has both Ableton Live 10 and Ableton Live 11 on their computer, some commands like copy and paste might prompt open the version not currently in use.
After Effects
- Opacity 10% dial is not responsive (Mac only)
- “Trim” actions not working with German AE version
- Selection Tool and Rotate Tool are missing icons.
Capture One
- Most dials and press functions are not working
(Workaround: Use Extended Profile version which utilizes Custom actions / Custom Adjustments) - Color filtering does not filter images by color
- Default profile contains old fixed actions (go-around: Assign actions and adjustments from the Custom folders)
- Deselect All is not functional in some cases
Final Cut Pro
- Some actions not working with Spanish, German, French & Japanese FCP version
- Select Zoom Tool is missing an icon
Lightroom
- MacOS: Certain type of actions used in Lightroom Classic tries to launch Lightroom Classic Prerelease version
- Adjustment Brush's size and feather adjustments are missing from Adjustment Brush tool workspace (and action list).
- Spot Removal Size and Feather Size are wrongly named as Adjustment Brush Size and Feather Size.
- Lightroom freezes when exporting images directly from 1Dx3's memory card
- Crop tool has wrong icon
- Copying image values ignores Whitebalance value "as shot" and changes target image whitebalance unexpectedly
- Loupedeck+: Color Grading Reset actions are missing from the UI
- Sometimes Activate Crop Tool By Rotation has inconsistent behaviour
Philips Hue
- Bridge does not display certain lights in the Loupedeck system.
- When updating values via API Bridge sends them out with short interval delays, making quick adjustments seem like they have latency.
- Bridge can disconnect shortly if network is interrupted or slow.
Photoshop (Camera Raw)
- Zoom out action zooms in, instead of zooming out.
- In some cases certain type of actions try to launch Photoshop Prerelease version
MIDI
- MIDI – related latency may vary depending on audio software, plug-ins and other external hardware in use.
- The MIDI note chart used assigns C3 as the midi note number 60. Depending on audio software, they might display notes one +/- octave off.
- Unable to enter ‘0’ as CC toggle value.
- Program Change Adjustment might not work in all applications in macOS.
- Program Change number might be off by one figure in some applications.
- MIDI Action/Adjustment is not created when pressing "Enter" key.
- Overlay (beta) arrows move wrong way around when using MIDI adjustments.
Spotify
- Devices action's icon is missing
